Fields of Intervention

The organization wants to bring health care, food, clothes, education and instruction to this population group mentioned above, in order to bring these people the joy and a sense of having a future to live for.

Area of action

At the moment, the organization is present in and Democratic Republic of Congo (formerly Zaïre). In this country, our objectives are: to open the orphanages, the schools and free canteens for children, because for many years now, the world has suffered fatal international conflicts and increasing insecurity as a result. The first countries touched by these conflicts are third world countries.

Poverty, violence and family have all become part of the daily life. Children orphaned through war, AIDS and abandoned children are moreover increasing in number.

Short presentation of these two states:

Angola

Situated in southern Africa, this country is emerging from a very difficult period. It has the most complicated and painful history of the region. After 40 years of almost endless war, health and education services have been devastated. The rate of infant mortality has become one of the highest in the world, capacity and the productivity are reduced, social and economical infrastructures are destroyed.

Nearly half of the children are not provided with schooling, 45 % of them suffer from acute malnutrition. This is a country were 73% of the population is under-nourished, where 22 million people are displaced 1.9 million children suffer acute malnutrition. It is just this forgotten category of the population that challenges our organization to the limit of its means.

It is precisely this forgotten category of the population that our Foundation gives itself the challenge to take care of as far as possible and within the limits of its means.

Our Foundation, far from substituting itself for the State which is primarily responsible for providing for the needs of its population, wants for humanitarian reasons, like other foundations, to make its contribution in the so sensitive sectors that constitute the hope for the future and development of the country.

De democratische Republiek Congo (voormalig Zaïre)

Located in the heart of Africa, it was an area of 2,345,000 km² with a population of 44 million inhabitants divided among 250 ethnic groups. Despite its countless human resources and natural wealth, this country remains one of the poorest in the world. An inexpressible poverty especially in rural and semi-rural areas, where one layer of this population would not even have a meal for the day, looking for something to cover the body, condemned to spend whole days in inhuman huts or huts. The state is more concerned with urban areas than rural areas (remote).

In these rural areas, there is a lack: health care, education and education for children, where parents, for lack of means, are unable to fulfill their responsibilities and duties. Thus, in these areas, there is a very high rate of under-15s with AIDS due to prostitution and lack of education, one of the highest death rates in the world, due to lack of education. appropriate health care.

This country, in civil war since 1996, knows many displaced people of war, orphans, widowers. In the city of Kinshasa alone, there are approximately 12,000 to 20,000 children abandoned by Congolese society walking the streets, aged between 5 and 15 years. These abandoned children, receiving no attention from the state, without health care, education, without future hope, at the mercy of rebel groups, may constitute a social bomb, political for the country, whose consequences could be huge.
